Stay in this comfortable one-bedroom condo at Isla 33 Resort and Villas, the only one-bedroom condo in the complex. Located mid-island on the east side of Isla Mujeres, the complex has incredible ocean views and three large swimming pools, including a ground-floor pool and a rooftop pool.
The ocean views are beautiful from both the kitchen and living area and the bedroom. The living room sofa can also be converted into a bed for a third guest if needed. From the condo, you can enjoy the sunrise from the bedroom balcony or through the huge windows of the living area, or head to the rooftop to watch both the sunrise and sunset.
The bathroom has two sinks, a separate toilet area, and excellent water pressure. The condo also has great WiFi, and Isla 33 Resort and Villas has a backup generator in the unlikely event of a power outage on the island.
Being mid-island makes it easy to explore in either direction. It’s around 4 km to downtown and 3 km to Punta Sur, so you can easily reach both ends of the island by golf cart. Downstairs, there’s a great restaurant and bar that can deliver food directly to the condo. The resort also has gated underground parking, with this condo having a parking space conveniently located right in front of the elevator.

Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 50 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €706 is due.
Notes
The 50% deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled 50 days or more before arrival. Processing fees are non-refundable and are not included in any refund.
If the reservation is canceled less than 50 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
An $800 security deposit is required at the time of booking and will be collected separately from the reservation payment. The property manager will reach out directly with the details and assist you with the process.
The security deposit is refundable within 48 hours after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
