This beautiful private home, Casa DALIYA, is located in a quiet neighborhood on the south end of Isla Mujeres, surrounded by tropical greenery and a peaceful setting. This stylish three bedroom villa includes daily cleaning for a comfortable and seamless stay.

Set away from the busier downtown area, Casa DALIYA offers a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to beach clubs, restaurants, scenic viewpoints, and some of the island’s best attractions. The calm surroundings, lush greenery, and modern design create a peaceful oasis, making it a great choice for guests looking to unwind and make this their home away from home while enjoying Isla Mujeres.

Please note the house is not childproof and is not suitable for young children. Minimum age is 8 years old.

Casa DALIYA features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and gorgeous views of the surrounding greenery.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, and a private bathroom with a walk in glass shower, relaxing bathtub, and double sink vanity. It also has a safe.

Bedroom two offers a queen bed and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.

Bedroom three includes a double bed and a full bathroom with both a bathtub and shower.

Each bedroom includes air conditioning, clothes storage space, and a small private balcony overlooking the surrounding greenery. Air conditioning is also available in the living area and kitchen for added comfort throughout the villa.

The house can sleep six people comfortably. An airbed can also be provided for an additional two guests for an extra cost.

There are also two additional half bathrooms in the home. One by the pool. and another on the first floor.

The villa includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, along with a comfortable and spacious open concept living and dining area. Large windows and glass doors open out onto the private garden and outdoor patio with a private pool, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space. The pool area is a great place to refresh and cool off, and there is also an outdoor shower available. Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay.

Guests can enjoy meals at the large breakfast island in the kitchen, at the indoor dining table, or outside in the garden. The outdoor space also includes loungers by the pool and a comfortable outdoor sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island.

Upstairs on the landing, there is a dedicated desk area for guests looking to work while on vacation, ideal for catching up on emails or taking remote meetings. The workspace overlooks the dining area and quiet garden below, creating a relaxing setting while working. There is also a conveniently located water machine with drinking water available close to the bedrooms, so guests can easily grab a drink during the night without needing to head downstairs to the kitchen.

The house is only a short walk from stunning Caribbean viewpoints and scenic bay views between Cancun and Isla Mujeres.
